Financial Support

Thank you so much for your interest in partnering with us through giving. Your prayers and financial support are essential to our ministry in Africa. Africa Inland Mission is a faith-based organization, meaning that all its missionaries trust the Lord to fully provide all the funds needed (aka “support”) to serve for any length of time.

MONTHLY SUPPORT PLEDGES

These represent recurring and ongoing contributions that will keep us in Africa. Monthly support will be distributed to us as ministry expenses, our salary, healthcare, administration costs, and other on-field expenses. This money is designated for us, and it will not be used for other AIM missionaries or projects. Our monthly support target dollar amount rises continually as our children enter school.

ONE-TIME CONTRIBUTIONS

General Support  The “Matthew & Eva Hansen” general support fund covers our ministry expenses, monthly salary, insurance, and other benefits. One-time contributions help make up for shortfalls in monthly support. When we are fully supported, one-time contributions then go to help replenish our work fund and ministry account.

There are several ways in which you can give (all donations are tax-deductible):

  • ONLINE GIVING –  You can select the frequency of giving (one-time or recurring), and you have the option to give via credit card, checking account, or savings account.  If you would like to become one of our monthly supporters, be sure to indicate your intentions in the frequency drop-down menu. To contribute to our general support fund, please click here and enter the requested information.
  • CHECK – Please write out checks to “Africa Inland Mission,” and leave the memo blank if you want your donation to be tax-deductible. Please attach a separate note with our names “Matthew & Eva Hansen” and mail the check to:

  • SCHEDULED BANK DRAFTS – You can schedule your donation to be automatically withdrawn from your checking or savings account. Please click here for step by step instructions.
  • BILL PAY –  Your bank or credit union may give you the option to schedule payments through their automated “Bill Pay” system. You may also use this option to make one-time or recurring contributions. When setting up your payment, please do not include our names anywhere on the check to be sent out. Instead, include our missionary ID number, 032110, on the memo line so that you will receive your receipt for tax deductions.
